Welle Offshore ApS operates all over the world and is capable of providing experienced crane operators and riggers at just a few days' notice. Personnel are mainly recruited via partnership networks. Besides the necessary certificates, all our crane operators have a minimum of two years' experience in offshore work while riggers have at least one year's experience. Thorough training and extensive experience allow them to make correct decisions in a matter of seconds under demanding conditions.

Welle Offshore ApS was founded in 2006 by Lasse Welle, who has 2 decades' experience as a offshore crane operator, working both in the Norwegian and Danish sectors of the North Sea and for companies in North, Central and South America, as Africa.
