Scandinavian Operator Service ^AS complies with NORSOK standards R-003N, which specifies requirements on the safety of lifting equipment used in oil and gas industry operations, and R-005N, which covers land-based operations. Danish Energy Agency regulations are also complied with when working in the Danish sector of the North Sea. Such standards and regulations ensure that all operations are performed safely and efficiently.

Scandinavian Operator Service ^AS actively participates in OMHEC (Offshore Mechanical Handling Equipment Committee), which strives to improve the safety of offshore lifting operations and equipment.
